Homeless children on Oahu see dramatic increase, report says

The 2026 "Point in Time" count by Partners in Care showed a nearly 20% increase in homeless parents and their children on Oahu compared to 2024, while overall homelessness increased slightly, with more than 4,500 people living on the streets or in emergency shelters.
