Honolulu invests $85M in wastewater treatment plant upgrades

Mayor Rick Blangiardi and the Department of Environmental Services broke ground on two new projects at the Kailua Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, representing over $85 million in critical infrastructure to protect the health of Windward Oʻahu's communities and the environment for generations to come.
