How Capital Region businesses, locals are dealing with power outages

Thousands of residents and businesses have been affected by widespread power outages across the Capital Region on Tuesday after strong winds knocked down many power lines and trees. Some residents still do not have power in their neighborhoods and it's unclear when they will get it restored.
