How the horse community is providing support after Saratoga Springs barn fire

The local horse community is coming together to provide support for the Saratoga Harness Horseperson's Association after a barn fire at the Saratoga County Casino Hotel Harness Track killed 17 horses on June 16. Two trainers lost horses in the fire, and the local racing community is standing by their side as they mourn and rebuild.
