How to battle San Diego's early allergy season

San Diego has been ranked second for the worst places to live if you have allergies, according to a national report, and Dr. Brinn Taylor of Kaiser Permanente recommends keeping windows closed, using AC or HEPA filters, taking a shower when you get home, and using nasal sprays and medication if symptoms are severe.
