I-25 north reopens near La Joya

SOCORRO, N.M. (KRQE) – Interstate 25 north near La Joya has reopened following a crash Thursday morning, according to the New Mexico Department of Transportation. Both northbound lanes of the interstate were closed at mile marker 170.
