I-83 ramp reopens to traffic Friday afternoon after large sinkhole

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- Repairs are wrapped up and a highway ramp closed Thursday by a sinkhole has reopened to traffic, officials said Friday afternoon.
