Ice damage, power outages leaves dozens in Antioch seeking warming shelters

Metro officials said about 30 people stayed at the Southeast Community Center overnight Sunday night with others at the police and fire stations. That number could be higher Monday night as temperatures stay low and thousands remain without power.
