Ice leads to power outage, downed trees in Sylvan Park

James Bacon and his 8-year-old son, Austin, were on Nevada Avenue Monday morning, working to help clear downed trees. James owns Top Notch Removal and Hauling, and brought equipment from Bordeaux to help.
