IDPH warns of animal, pest-borne illnesses during warm weather

The Illinois Department of Public Health is reminding people to take precautions to reduce their risk of contracting illnesses carried by ticks, mosquitoes and bats, such as West Nile Virus, Lyme disease, Powassan virus and rabies.
