'If I see you again, I will kill you': Fruita man claims memory loss in shooting incident, affidavit alleges

The man who caused a shelter-in-place order and allegedly shot at a family member's car and a nearby residence in Fruita on May 3, claims he does not remember much of the incident, according to information obtained in an arrest affidavit.
