IND wins Best Airport in annual travelers survey for 14th year in a row

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis International Airport was again named the Best Airport in North America, according to an annual customer survey.

It’s the 14th straight year it’s received the honor and the airport’s 15th overall.

Every year, the Airports Council International asks more than 700,000 travelers about their experience with its Service Quality Customer Experience Awards survey.

Officially, the Indy airport was named the Best Airport in North America, for airports seeing 5 million to 15 million passengers, in 2025.

In a statement announcing the award on Tuesday, the airport says its reputation as one of the world’s best airports is crucial for serving both Hoosiers and visitors alike.
