INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indiana Black Expo has revealed the artist lineup for the 2026 Music Heritage Festival Outdoor Concert.

The event is scheduled for July 17 at IU Michael Carroll Stadium, with performances beginning at 6 p.m.

The concert is a signature event of the Indiana Black Expo Summer Celebration and features a mix of contemporary soul, funk, and Southern soul artists.

The 2026 lineup features Grammy-nominated soul artist KEM, known for jazz-influenced R&B and smooth vocals. KEM has earned three gold albums and reached the top of the charts with hits such as “Love Calls,” “I Can’t Stop Loving You,” and “Share My Life.”

Singer-songwriter October London is scheduled to return to his home state of Indiana for the event. London, whose vintage-inspired sound is often compared to Motown legends of the 1970s, reached a wide audience with his breakout song “Back to Your Place.”

The concert will also include a performance by King George, one of the fastest-rising stars in the Southern Soul movement. He’s best known for his hit song, “Keep on Rollin'”.

Midnight Star, a funk and synth-pop group that rose to prominence in the 1980s, completes the 2026 roster. The group is recognized for dance anthems including “No Parking on the Dance Floor,” “Freak-A-Zoid,” and “Operator.”
