Panel considers changes to utility billing
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Both consumer advocates and utilities on Tuesday said they support the idea behind a utility affordability measure but not in its current form.
Among the top priority legislation for House Republicans, this session is a measure that would enact performance-based ratemaking in Indiana. This would require utilities to meet certain targets for affordability and reliability before regulators approve any rate increases.
