WASHINGTON D.C. (WISH) — The No. 1 seeded Duke men’s basketball team was in control of most of its Elite 8 matchup on Sunday against No. 2 seeded UConn.
But it was the Huskies who had the last laugh, winning 73-72.
Greenfield-Central High School graduate Braylon Mullins was the hero for the Huskies, who hit the game-winning three-pointer for the Huskies with under a second to play.
UConn will face No. 3 seeded Illinois in the Final Four on Saturday inside Lucas Oil Stadium.
