INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indiana state senators on Monday heard public testimony for and against House Bill 1032 to redraw Indiana’s congressional districts.

The House on Friday passed the bill.

On Monday, 127 people using kiosks stationed outside the Senate chamber signed up to testify.

Samantha Bresnahan, who is not in favor of the bill, said, “The promise of one person, one vote is at the heart of our democracy.
