INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Greek food, music and traditions will fill the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral during the Indianapolis Greek Festival Aug. 21-22.

The two-day event brings Central Indiana together through food, faith, culture and community.

This year’s theme is “Where Hellenic and Hoosier hospitality meet.”

Festival organizers say the event offers guests a chance to experience Greek-American culture while enjoying traditional food and entertainment.

Lenie Tsakonas, the cathedral’s director of marketing and cultural initiatives, said sharing Greek-American culture and traditions with the community remains meaningful to organizers.
