INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis Public Schools parents on Wednesday called a school board bill an example of taxation without representation.

Those comments came during the Senate Education and Career Development Committee’s hearing on the bill to establish the Indianapolis Public Education Corporation, a key recommendation from last year’s Indianapolis Local Education Alliance hearings.
