Inmate dies after being found in cell at SCI Smithfield

HUNTINGDON COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- An inmate at SCI Smithfield was pronounced deceased after being found unresponsive in a cell, acting superintendent Kenneth Shea announced.
