PIERRE, SD (KELO) -- Both Interstates 29 and 90 have reopened to traffic after being closed earlier by blizzard conditions in South Dakota. The South Dakota DOT is advising of difficult driving conditions along the interstates because of blowing snow and poor visibility. Drivers need to use extra caution and reduce their speeds.
