MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — An Irvington man is behind bars after allegedly spraying a Mobile County Sheriff's deputy with pepper spray. Arrest documents show that Roy Ned Burrows, 49, allegedly sprayed the deputy with pepper spray on Monday, March 9.
