Is ICE still eyeing Tennessee for a new detention facility?

Tennessee Republicans said there's no part of the Volunteer State that's off limits when it comes to ICE possibly building a detention facility, but the federal agency told News 2 there are "no new detention centers to announce in Tennessee."
