CHICAGO (WISH) — IU’s offense stalled completely in the second half, and the Hoosiers were eliminated by Northwestern in their first game of the Big Ten Tournament, losing 74-61.
The Hoosiers scored just 24 points in the second half after going into halftime with a one point lead.
The loss drops the Hoosiers to an 18-14 record. They were on the bubble coming into the game, but were not able to help themselves in the Big Ten Tournament.
This is also IU’s seventh straight loss to Northwestern.
