Jackson Mayor Blames Previous Administration's Land Swap Despite Prior Council Vote

Jackson, NJ – Jackson Mayor Jennifer Kuhn is placing responsibility for a New Jersey Supreme Court ruling over a controversial land acquisition on the township’s “previous administration”, despite voting in favor of the measure as a councilwoman when it came before the governing body and despite running on a ticket with former Mayor Michael Reina who she has routinely identified as the “previous administration”.

In a statement released Friday, Kuhn said the court found “the previous Administration improperly used eminent domain to acquire two small parcels of land from a Lakewood-based LLC as part of a much larger land swap agreement.”
