Jacksonville North Pulaski School District announces new parental advisory committee, parents voice concerns 

Following months of controversy and parents demanding answers after the arrest of custodian Harold Butchart, the Jacksonville North Pulaski School District announced it would be forming a new committee designed to increase communication and enhance transparency between the district and parents.
