JCPD says Flock camera system is 'proving itself' after leading officers to shooting

(WJHL) — The Johnson City Police Department (JCPD) is crediting a local Flock camera for alerting officers to an alleged attempted second-degree murder in the Mel Circle area on Tuesday.
