Johnstown steel mill awarded $664K for sidewalk improvements

(WTAJ) -- Gautier Steel has been awarded a $664,679 state grant for sidewalk improvements along Clinton Street and near its Johnstown facility, according to state rep Frank Burns, D-Cambria.
