Judge blocks former prosecutor from case tied to alleged lies

Franklin County Circuit Court Judge Craig Hellmann has disqualified defense attorney Leah Chaney from a case related to her case against Russ Faria. She had been representing a former police captain accused of lying during the Faria trials.
