Judge dismisses lawsuit targeting homeless services center Campus for Hope

Neighbors who are trying to stop the "Campus for Hope" project planned near Charleston Boulevard and Jones Boulevard lost their first attempt, but a judge's ruling allows them to refile their lawsuit.
