Judge issues order in Saline County sheriff’s race defamation suit, cites ‘name-calling’

A Saline County judge has issued an order citing "name-calling" in a defamation suit regarding the race for Saline County sheriff, which was filed by candidate Richard Friend against Rick Cross, Kevin Cooper and "John Does 1-5" for allegedly lying in Facebook posts that defamed Friend.
