Judge tosses Saline County recount lawsuit filed by Arkansas Secretary of State candidate Bryan Norris 

Bryan Norris's attorney has filed a petition to have the results of the Saline County election for the Arkansas Secretary of State race declared null and void due to alleged procedural errors and crimes committed during the recount.
