Juneteenth celebrations across St. Louis highlight freedom, resilience and recovery

Thousands celebrated Juneteenth across the St. Louis region on Friday. But in the Fountain Park neighborhood that's still recovering from last year's tornado, the holiday carried a deeper meaning.
