Kaiser Permanente workers go on strike, demanding solutions to staffing shortages and burnout

The United Nurses Associations of California/Union of Health Care Professionals (UNAC/UHCP) had been bargaining with Kaiser since last May for what union leaders cite as better wages, benefits and labor practices.
