INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Kenneth Johnson, the Indianapolis man charged with the murder of Beech Grove Police Department Officer Brian Elliott, pleaded not guilty during a Friday morning court appearance.

Johnson also pleaded not guilty to attempted murder, criminal confinement, domestic battery, battery, and pointing a firearm.
