Kipp, Berne-Knox-Westerlo prepare for state semifinals

Both the Kipp Capital and Berne-Knox-Westerlo boys basketball teams will head to Binghamton this week to compete for their respective state championships. Each team has the chance to accomplish something really special this week for different reasons.
