LA DOTD reopens I-20 Exit 116B eastbound off-ramp in Monroe

MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) -- The Louisiana Department has reopened the Exit 116B Eastbound, I-20 off-ramp split to the Monroe Civic Center, effective immediately.
