Large tank falls from semi, closing Highway 76 connector to I-15

A large industrial tank fell off a semi and closed the connection from Highway 76 to Interstate 15 in northern San Diego County. The closure caused traffic delays, and the highway connector is expected to remain closed for four to five hours while crews work to remove the tank. Heavy traffic is reported on SR-76 on both sides of Interstate 15 and on Old Highway 395.
