Las Vegas hotels still planned near A’s Stadium amid Bally's solvency warning

Plans are only on paper for two Bally’s Corp. hotels set for the Las Vegas Strip, but a solvency warning to federal regulators appears to be casting “substantial doubt” about a debt for the casino operator over the next year.
