Las Vegas New Year's Eve: Officials list road closures, prohibited items for this year's event

The year's biggest party does have some rules, and Las Vegas officials had reminders for drivers and anyone headed to the Strip for "America's Party" — a fireworks spectacular launched from 10 rooftops.
