Las Vegas police, judge clash over 35-time arrestee's release: 'This is an issue of public safety'

A Nevada Supreme Court case is putting Las Vegas Metro police and the Las Vegas Justice Court at odds over who has the authority to declare a defendant too dangerous to release.
