Las Vegas police make 'Pawsitive Change' in illegal puppy sales

The Las Vegas Department of Public Safety is cracking down on illegal puppy sales across the valley after it cited 56 people this year and rescued 28 puppies from the hands of breeders who are making money from unwitting buyers "hand over fist."
