Las Vegas woman charged with animal abuse in death of pet husky named 'Balto'

A woman faces animal abuse charges after her dog, a husky named Balto, died in early January. Crystal Alva-Sanchez is charged with willful/malicious torture in the dog's death, according to an arrest report.
