Latest Peppermint Hippo court filing alleges misconduct by Arkansas officials, asks for liquor license reinstatement

Peppermint Hippo gentlemen's club has filed a court document alleging misconduct by the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control agency and its director, Christy Bjornson, in the revocation of its liquor license.
