Latest poll shows Hallie Shoffner with a slight lead over Sen. Tom Cotton for Arkansas US Senate seat

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Poll numbers released Wednesday show Democratic Candidate Hallie Shoffner with a slight lead over incumbent U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) for his seat.
