Law designed to protect kids in custody disputes awaits governor's signature

It’s been 10 years since 2-year-old Kyra Franchetti was murdered by her Dad, after he was granted an unsupervised court ordered visit. Her mom, Jacqueline Franchetti is advocating for Kyra’s Law, designed to protect children during domestic custody disputes.
