Law enforcement leader announces campaign for Utah House, challenging Jordan Teuscher

Scott Stephenson, the current executive director of the Utah Fraternal Order of Police, has announced that he is running for the Utah House of Representatives in District 44, challenging incumbent Jordan Teuscher.
