Lawmakers discuss late New York State budget

For the fifth year in a row, the New York State budget will be late. Tuesday, lawmakers passed a bill to extend the deadline to April 7, and Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins says there is still a lot of work to do.
