'Leave a television on, vary your lights': DA gives tips on avoiding holiday scams, porch pirates

For anyone buying last-minute Christmas gifts, or leaving town for the holidays, San Diego County District Attorney Summer Stephan is warning people of the common scams her office sees this time of the year.
