Little Rock grandfather calls for justice after 8-year-old grandson killed in hit-and-run

An 8-year-old boy was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Little Rock, Arkansas, and the 19-year-old driver was arrested and charged with manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
