Little Rock woman gets 2-year federal sentence for COVID relief fraud

Chandler Carroll of Little Rock was sentenced to two years in federal prison for committing a multi-million dollar fraud in obtaining COVID-19 relief loans, and ordered to pay restitution of $1,928,050.38.
